John V. Gamble, CEO

Mr. Gamble has a long history providing direct intervention for under-achieving and disruptive behavioral students and indirect services to parents, teachers, counselors, principals and other designated persons in the District of Columbia public schools. He also provides intervention for cognitive behavior and goal oriented treatment for domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse, and social and educational adjustment, and conducts Critical Incident Stress Debriefing’s to companies across the Washington Metropolitan area.

Joy Jackson-Jones
Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Joy Jackson Jones oversees the organization’s daily business activities managing its resources, developing and implementing the operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, she regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity contributing to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.



Denise McNeill

Chief of Staff/HR Director

In April 2020, Denise McNeill was appointed to Chief of Staff and Human Resource Director of P&G Behavioral Health Services. In this position, she oversees all aspects of human resources management for P&G's ever growing staff of Psychiatrists, Therapist's, Housing Liaisons, and Community Support Workers.  Denise is a United States Army Veteran with extensive strategic planning and operations training to organize and prioritize critical issues and required information to facilitate high-stake decision making, contract management and fiduciary duties.
